   เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2567 ที่ผ่านมา บริษัท ไอเดีย เมทัลเวิร์ค จำกัด ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก บริษัท Nippon Paint (Thailand) จำกัด มาจัดอบรมให้ความรู้และทักษะเกี่ยวกับการใช้สีฝุ่น สีน้ำมัน และน้ำยา Pre-treatment แก่พนักงานช่างเทคนิคของเรา

   การอบรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะและความรู้ของพนักงานให้มีความเข้าใจในคุณสมบัติของสีแต่ละประเภท วิธีการเลือกใช้สีที่เหมาะสมกับงาน และเทคนิคการเคลือบสีที่ถูกต้อง ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้การผลิตชิ้นงานของเราออกมาได้มีคุณภาพสูงขึ้น ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้าได้ดียิ่งขึ้น และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของทีมงาน

Idea Metalwork Uplifts Employee Skills with Nippon Paint Technology

   On September 10, 2024, Idea Metalwork Co., Ltd. had the honor of hosting a training session conducted by expert trainers from Nippon Paint (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The training focused on enhancing our technical staff's knowledge and skills in applying powder coatings, oil-based paints, and pre-treatment chemicals.

   The primary objective of this training was to improve our employees' understanding of the properties of various coatings, proper selection of coatings for different applications, and correct coating techniques. These enhancements will enable us to produce higher-quality products, better meet customer demands, and increase our team's overall efficiency.

   This collaboration with Nippon Paint marks a significant step forward in elevating Idea Metalwork's production standards, keeping us at the forefront of technological advancements, and solidifying our position as a trusted leader in the metal fabrication industry.
